I put the audio input on channel 6. I put it on: Input 1 - Input 2.Then i started recording and now I'm listening it I only hear the vocals in my left box / ear. On the right there is no vocal sound, only the beat. The panning is all normal. There is nowhere a channel where I put the panning all the way to the left, so that's not the problem. There are no plugins on channels that cause the vocal sound to go to the left only. Also, when I try to pan to the right, the whole sound dissapears, so it seems that it doesnt allow me to hear vocals on the right.

I think it has something to do with the input, but i can't fix it. I was hoping somebody could help me! Anyone got a solution? PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

2 months agoDoes anyone live around or near York Pennsylvania? I need help with figuring out how to do alot of this stuff, like a mentor. I know how to make great music, but don't know a lick about this technology stuff. If anyone knows someone willing to help a great artist, I'm all in for it. Or guide me to something or someone? I can't even figure out how to load vst's and download hybrid 3 and akai mpc essentials. I got to the very end and it won't accept the vst location.

If there is anyone willing to help, you will not be disappointed. PS Passionate Coleman. Year agohey i tried to set up my rode nt1a mic in fl studio 20 on mac. My soundcard interface is a motu track 16 device, connected with firewire. I did all the steps u mentioned in the video, also i activated phantom power in my interface software.i can't get a input.

It shows me a wave in fl studio when i knock on the mic with my hand, but when i speak or sing it doesn't detect my voice. If I try to use this interface to make beats with and use headphones because all my audio will come from that, the audio will be almost silent and I will barely be able to hear anything. Then for trying to record with the mic I don鈥檛 even have the option of an Asio version of the the audiobox usb. Then when I select the basic audio usb driver it completely eliminates the option for me to select an audio source on the mixer track.

If youre using playlist playback go to the mixer channel that your mic is on and at the bottom theres either a floppy disk icon (fl11)or just a circle (fl12). After thats on just hit record and play. The sample will be auto placed in the playlist (lined up with your music) and on your sample rack. You will hear yourself but to avoid that you can temporally mute the output for that channel going to the Main channel or make it run to another channel and mute the channel as a whole. Also turning off effects will decrease the delay from mic to recording.

Hope that helps.
