I will put this in my game and return here later on!EDIT:Here's what I found out.1) Double left clicking on a need makes it go either to the full or empty (depending on which side you click). Right click does bring up the cheat window to set it manually.2) This works on the relationships, by right clicking and entering the value on the popup cheat menu.3) Moodlets disappear as the description states.4) Right click on money brings up the cheat window to add.
